Electrical Insulation Rubber Matting

Zenith Rubber manufactures Electrical insulation rubber matting as per IEC 61111:2009, BS 921, AS 2978, ASTM-D 178, and IS 5424. also known as electrical safety matting or switchboard matting, is a specialized type of rubber matting designed to provide electrical insulation and protection against electric shock in various industrial and commercial settings. It is primarily used in areas where workers may come into contact with high voltage electrical equipment or live electrical circuits.

Electrical insulation mats are tested up to 50,000 volts in our in-house facility. Each roll is thoroughly tested as per specifications, ensuring complete safety with clear markings of test standards. Tough & long-lasting mats are designed to protect operatives from electrical shops. Easy to clean and maintain. It is available in several designs and colours for aesthetic appeal.
